About Us

Josh Koerner is the owner and broker at Coastal Storage Group, LLC (previously Weaver Realty Group, Inc) and has been the Argus Self Storage Advisors Affiliate for the state of Florida since 2015, where he has specialized in the acquisition, disposition and evaluation of self-storage properties of all types and sizes. Prior to forming Coastal Storage Group, Josh worked as a broker associate for Weaver Realty Group, Inc, a Jacksonville, RE firm who has provided self-storage advisory services for over 30 years. Josh has successfully represented buyers and sellers of properties ranging from $500K to over $35 million, with sales transactions exceeding $250 million. In 2024, Josh co- founded Coastal Storage Group, LLC where he continues to provide those same services to self-storage owners and developers in Florida, Georgia and beyond. Josh is also the co-founder of Jireh Storage Partners, a boutique SS advisory firm helping development partners and institutional clients acquire sites and deliver shovel-ready projects. Josh has over 17 years of experience in the real estate market, is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, and a self-storage owner and operator.
